M S Direct Logistic. We are based at P 64 Old Double Storey in Lajpat Nagar IV. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and so are we. Our place is basically a hub for logistics, so you will often see boxes and packages stacked up near the entrance. It is a double-storey flat, but we use most of the space for work rather than living. The rooms are filled with desks and a few phones that seem to ring all day long. We spend a lot of time coordinating drivers and making sure things are going where they should be. It can get quite chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once, but we have a system that works for us. The furniture is a bit old and worn out, but it is comfortable enough for the long hours we put in. We have a small balcony where we go to get a bit of fresh air and watch the traffic below. Lajpat Nagar is a great place to be because everything is so close, even if it is a bit noisy. We are not trying to be a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local team trying to keep things moving on time. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking lists. It is hard work, but we are used to the pace by now and it keeps us busy.
