Our small office is based at A 475 B in Kalkaji. We have been working in this particular neighborhood for a long time, so we know the streets and the various buildings around here very well. We mostly deal with local property, helping people find a place they can rent or maybe buy a flat in one of the many blocks nearby. Kalkaji is a crowded and very lively area, and the real estate market here is always moving. We spend our mornings checking through our current listings and talking to local landlords. In the afternoons, we are usually out walking around the neighborhood with people to show them different apartments or shops. Some of these buildings are quite old, and some are brand new, so there is always a lot to explain about the maintenance and the history of each place. We keep all of our records in simple folders on a couple of desks. It is not a big corporate operation by any means. It is just us helping our neighbors and any newcomers find a spot that fits what they are looking for. There is always a lot of paperwork involved with every single deal, and we try our best to get through it all without making mistakes. People stop by the office all the time just to ask what the current property rates are. We like being a part of the Kalkaji community and seeing people finally settle into their new homes. It is a busy job, but we really enjoy the daily interaction with so many different people.
