Loesche India Pvt Ltd is based over in New Delhi, specifically at 181 D Aliganj in the Kotla Mubarakpur area. It’s one of those parts of Delhi where the streets are narrow and everything is packed together. Our office is a busy place where people are always on the phone or working on their computers. We deal with a lot of technical stuff and engineering projects, so there are usually drawings and plans spread out on the big tables. It’s not the kind of place where things stay quiet for long. We have a kitchen area where we grab lunch and talk about things other than work for a bit. We don't have a lot of corporate slogans on the walls. We just have our desks and our equipment. It’s a practical environment for people who are focused on getting the technical details right. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and it feels like home to most of the staff here.
