You can find us in room no-121B-Block New Friends Colony. It’s a bit tucked away compared to the main hospital entrance, so you have to look for the signs or just ask someone near the stairs. The room itself is mostly filled with desks, some old filing cabinets, and people looking at papers or computer screens. Since this is a research institute, it’s a lot quieter than the clinical side of things. We don’t have patients coming in and out constantly like they do downstairs. Most of our day is spent looking through records or discussing urology data. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. The window looks out over part of the colony, which is nice when the weather is good. Sometimes we go out to the local tea stall during lunch to get away from the screens for a bit. It is a very specific type of work we do here, mostly focused on gathering information and figuring things out about kidney health. We’ve been in this specific room for quite some time now, so all our files and books are exactly where we expect them to be. It’s a functional space, nothing too special to look at, but it’s where all the brain work happens for the research projects. We just keep our heads down and get the work done day by day.
