The building sits right opposite B Block in New Friends Colony. It’s a recognizable spot if you’re familiar with the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while now, and most of the locals use us as a landmark when giving directions. The street outside gets quite a lot of traffic during the day, so parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. Inside, the hallways are narrow but we manage to keep everything moving. Our focus is mainly on kidney issues and urology stuff, so the people who come in usually have specific things they need help with. It’s not a general place where you go for a cold. The nurses are usually running around with charts and the doctors spend a lot of time in the consultation rooms. We try to keep the waiting room comfortable enough, though the chairs have seen better days. It is mostly quiet in the afternoons before the evening rush starts. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us because of where we are or because someone told them to come here. Being right across from B Block makes it easy for people in the colony to just walk over. The building has a few floors and we use every bit of space we have for the different units and rooms. It is a functional place that stays busy throughout the week.
