You can find us at Scg East Plaza, right on the third floor in Mayur Vihar Phase. Being up here on 308, we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get stressful. Lifeline Services is what we call ourselves, and mostly we just help out with various service needs people have. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and chairs and a whole lot of files. We have a routine that we stick to every day. Someone comes in early to put the tea on and then the calls start coming in. Mayur Vihar is always moving, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just do the work. It’s a group of regular people here. Some of us have been working together for years, so we know how to stay out of each other's way. We deal with a lot of different requests throughout the week. Sometimes it feels like we are juggling a dozen things at once, but we manage to get through it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just provide the services people ask for and try to be reliable about it. It might not be glamorous, but it is what we know how to do best.
