Leather Line

Leather Line is located at S-268 in Greater Kailash II, which is a pretty well-known part of South Delhi. Our building is one of those typical structures you see in this neighborhood, blending in with the houses and other small businesses around it. It’s a bit quieter than the main markets, but you still get the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We have been working out of this space for a good amount of time now. The interior isn't something out of a magazine; it's just a functional area where we keep our leather samples and handle the daily paperwork. There are boxes stacked in the corners and the desks are usually covered in sketches or order forms. We like being in GK II because it feels a bit more relaxed than the industrial zones, even if parking can be a total nightmare for anyone visiting. The light comes in nicely through the front windows in the afternoon, which helps when we are looking at textures and colors. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Most people who come here already know where we are. It’s a simple operation run by people who have been in the trade for years. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks, answer the phones, and make sure the orders are moving along like they should. It’s a steady pace here.
