You can find us over at 10/58 in Part 4 of Vikram Vihar, right here in Lajpat Nagar. Kshitij Realtors has been based in this little pocket of the city for quite some time. Lajpat Nagar is always moving, always busy, and our office is right in the middle of all that energy. We spend a lot of time walking through the lanes of Vikram Vihar, looking at different houses and meeting folks who want to move in or move out. It’s not a complicated business, really. We just know the streets here. Sometimes we're sitting at the desk with a lot of files, and other times we’re out showing someone a flat that just became empty. The walls of our office have seen a lot of people come and go over the years. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm with shiny windows. We just have our small space where we drink tea and talk about property prices. Dealing with real estate in this part of town means knowing which buildings have good water supply and which ones are near the main roads. It’s practical stuff. People come to us because we’re local and we actually live and work in the same streets they’re looking at. Vikram Vihar is a nice place to be, and we’re happy to be the ones people stop by when they have questions about homes in the area.
