Ksd Vision Realtech Llp is at number 38 in the DDA Commercial Complex over in Zamrudpur. This is right by the Kailash Colony Extension area. It is a typical DDA complex, so it has that busy, lived-in feel with lots of different businesses all packed together. We have been working from this office for a while, and we like the central location. It makes it easy for us to get to different parts of South Delhi. Inside, the office is pretty simple. We have our desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't really go for the modern, minimalist look. It’s a place where work actually happens. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who want to know more about the commercial spaces or apartments nearby. Zamrudpur has a lot of history and a lot of narrow lanes, so we spend time walking around to see things firsthand. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town. We just want to do a good job with the projects we have in front of us. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs to be done, whether it’s filing papers or going out for a site visit. Being in this complex means there is always someone to talk to or a new problem to solve. We just take it one day at a time and keep moving forward. It’s a solid way to run things in this part of town.
