You can find us over at D 146 on the second floor in Lajpat Nagar Part 1. It’s a busy section of New Delhi, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street life below. The office isn’t huge, but it has everything we need to get our work at Kpmg finished. We’ve got the usual setup of desks and filing cabinets. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The area is great for food, so lunch is usually something local from the nearby stalls. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will usually be there at their desk to say hello. The walls are a plain color and we have a lot of books and files stacked up. It feels like a place where real work happens. The traffic outside can be noisy, but you get used to the honking after a few days. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It’s just a practical office in a very busy part of town. Most of us have been working here for a good while. We know where everything is and how the office runs. It’s a simple, honest workspace for the team. We just keep our heads down and try to get the filing done before the day ends.
