If you head down Masjid Road in Jungpura Bhogal, you’ll find us at number 39. It’s a lively area of New Delhi, and there is always something going on right outside the front door. Kpmg has this space here, and while it might not be the quietest office in the world, it definitely has a lot of character. You can smell the food from the local stalls and hear the rikshaws zooming past all day long. The building itself is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, so we have to watch our step when we come in. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or shiny glass walls. It’s just a bunch of rooms filled with desks and people working hard. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep the energy up. Sometimes the power flutters, but we’ve got backups for that. The 110014 area is busy, but it feels like a real community. We know the guys at the tea stall and the people in the neighboring buildings. It’s a bit cramped at times when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. We don’t have a fancy mission statement on the wall; we just try to get through the daily list and make sure we don't miss anything important. It's a gritty, honest place to work and we like the energy of the market.
