We're situated in the A 166 block of the Kalkaji DDA Flats. It's a busy part of New Delhi, right near Gobind Puri. Finding us isn't too hard since most people know the flats around here. We open up early and stay until the work is done. It’s a small branch, nothing like those giant offices downtown. Just a few of us sitting at desks helping the locals. The floor can get a bit dusty with all the traffic coming in from the street, but that's Delhi for you. We mostly deal with everyday banking, people coming in to deposit cash or ask about their balances. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. It feels more like a neighborhood shop than a big institution. People drop in while they're out getting groceries or picking up kids from school. We know a lot of the faces that come through the door by now. It’s just a practical place to get things sorted. We handle the paperwork and try to make sure everything is in order before the day ends. Sometimes the printer jams, which is a pain, but we get it fixed. It's just a regular work day for us here in Kalkaji. We aren't here to sell you anything fancy, just to help with the basic stuff people need.
