Koncept Steel Pvt Ltd is over in Kalkaji. We operate out of a DDA Flat, specifically L 1 82 B. It’s in the 110 019 area of New Delhi. It’s not your typical high-rise office building. It’s a more grounded place where we can actually get things done without too much fuss. We’ve been here in Kalkaji for a while now. The space is a bit small, but we’ve organized it to fit what we need. We don’t have any fancy reception area or a big board room. Usually, we are just sitting at our desks working through the day’s tasks. It’s a straightforward environment. We deal with steel, so things can be a bit heavy and practical around here. We don’t use a lot of marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a local company in Delhi doing our daily business. People know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. The DDA flats are a well-known part of the neighborhood, so it makes it easy for locals to reach us. We don’t have a big corporate mission. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a busy life in Delhi, but we like our spot here in Kalkaji. It’s where we started and where we plan to stay. There is always something to do, and we just keep at it.
