We are based out of Madangir, in House Number 46, G II. It’s right here in Delhi, and if you’ve ever walked through these streets, you know it’s a lively place. Our office at Kinsuk Agebts is pretty modest. We deal with various agency tasks and handle a lot of different bits of business for people who come through. The space isn’t huge, but it fits our desks and the stacks of files we have to keep. Being in Madangir means there’s always people coming and going, which we’ve gotten used to over the years. We aren't trying to be some high-end firm; we just provide a service that people in the area need. A lot of the time is spent on the phone or filling out forms that seem to never end. It’s the kind of work that requires patience more than anything else. Our neighbors are mostly other small shops and families, so it feels like a real community. Sometimes the Delhi heat makes the office a bit stuffy, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. We don’t have a website or anything like that because most people just walk in or call us based on a recommendation. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, do the work, and head home. That’s just the way it has always been for us here.
