We’re located in B-316, Okhla Industrial Area Phase - 1. It’s a typical industrial setting with a lot of noise and movement from the surrounding units. Our space is mostly functional, designed for the work we do every day. There’s nothing fancy about the building; it’s got concrete floors and high ceilings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or handling shipments. The area is always crowded with trucks and delivery vans, especially in the mornings. You have to be careful where you park around here. Inside, the team is usually busy with whatever order is being processed. We have a small office area and then the main floor where the actual work happens. It’s a lot of routine. We check the inventory, pack things up, and make sure the paperwork is in order. We’ve been in Phase - 1 for a while now, so we know the other business owners on this block. Lunch is usually something quick from a nearby stall or brought from home. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. We don’t have much in the way of decor, just the tools and materials we need for our daily tasks. The days are long, and the sun sets behind the rows of factories. We just keep our heads down and get the work done before heading home in the evening traffic. Sometimes the electricity flickers when the big machines next door start up, but we just wait a second and get back to what we were doing before.
