Kapur Properties

Kapur Properties is located at Wz-361 on the Outer Ring Road, near the Delhi G P O. It is a spot that sees a lot of traffic every single day, which means we are never really in a quiet environment. We handle property stuff, mostly helping people find a place to stay or a shop to rent around this part of town. Our office is quite simple, just a few chairs and a desk where we keep all the register books. We have seen the city grow and change from this very window over the years. Some days are very slow, where we just sit and watch the cars go by, and other days the phone does not stop ringing with people asking about prices and locations. We are not a big company with many branches; we just focus on what we know here. Dealing with land and buildings can be complicated with all the paperwork involved, so we spend a lot of time just reading through documents and making sure everything is in order. It is a lot of talking to people and walking around to show different sites. We do not wear suits or anything like that; we just dress for the weather and try to stay organized. It is a living, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We close up around seven usually and head home like everyone else.
