Our place is on the first floor at A 138 in Dayanand Colony. If you have been to Lajpat Nagar IV in New Delhi, you probably know how crowded it gets around here. It is a lively spot with a lot of shops and people moving around all the time. We work with different flavors and ingredients for food. It is interesting because the office often smells like whatever we are testing that day, maybe vanilla or something fruity. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when we are bringing in samples. We have a small team here. We spend our time talking to suppliers and checking the quality of the stuff coming in. It is not a quiet office by any means. You can hear the traffic from the street outside and the neighbors going about their business. We use simple desks and have a lot of files everywhere because there is always something to track. We have been in this part of Delhi for a while now. Most of us take the metro or find a spot for our scooters nearby, which is always a bit of a challenge in Lajpat Nagar. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the orders get out to the customers without too many mistakes. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening.
