We operate out of Sidhartha Extension, specifically in Pocket B at 11 D. It’s a residential-looking area but there are a few businesses like ours tucked away here. In New Delhi, finding a quiet spot to work on dials and various devices isn't always easy, but this location works for us. Our daily routine is pretty consistent. We come in early, check the machines, and start on whatever orders are pending. The space isn't huge, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the pocket, but we manage. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. It’s more of a hands-on environment where everyone knows their job. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we keep going. We deal with small parts mostly, so you need good eyes and steady hands. Often, the tables are covered in tiny components and tools. It’s honest work. If you drop by, you might find us mid-assembly or packing things into boxes for shipping. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and see us working. We’ve been in 11 D for a long time now. It feels like home more than an office. We just focus on getting the devices finished on time.
