Kaiser Permanente Southern California Permanente Medical Group

This office is located at D978 in New Friends Colony, New Delhi. Even though the name Kaiser Permanente Southern California Permanente Medical Group mentions California, we are right here in India handling the local side of things. It’s a nice enough area, quite different from the busier parts of Delhi. Our space is mostly for administrative work and making sure all the coordination is handled properly. We don’t have doctors running around with stethoscopes here; it’s more about the paperwork and the systems that keep everything running behind the scenes. The office is usually pretty calm, which is a nice change from the traffic outside in New Friends Colony. We have a small staff who have been with us for a while, and we just go about our business every day. No one is trying to win awards or get famous here. We just want to make sure the records are right and the communication stays clear between all the different departments. Sometimes the heat in Delhi gets to be a bit much, but the AC in the building works well enough. We don’t spend a lot of time on fancy presentations or corporate retreats. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s a practical way to manage such a large medical network’s needs from this side of the world. We’re just a small part of a much bigger machine and that’s how we like to operate every day.
