Juneja Property

Juneja Property has an office at No B/40 on the Lower Ground Floor in Kalkaji. It’s right on the Main Road near the bus stand. Because we are on the lower ground floor, it stays a bit cooler in the summer than the shops upstairs. We have a few desks and some old chairs for when people stop by to ask about rentals or selling their places. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a local spot where you can sit down and have a glass of water while we talk. Being near the bus stand means we get a lot of foot traffic. People are always popping their heads in to ask questions while they wait for their bus. We know the Kalkaji area pretty well since we’ve been working out of this B/40 spot for a long time. The main road is always noisy with horns and people shouting, but inside the office, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our time looking through listings and calling people back. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s just us catching up on paperwork. We don’t promise anything impossible. We just show what is available and let people make their own minds up. It’s a simple way to run things and it has worked for us so far. We are just regular people helping other people find a place to stay.
