Joy Luck Moon

We are located in Saket, which is a busy part of town with a lot of shops and residential houses nearby. Joy Luck Moon is our little place here. We have been operating in this neighborhood for some time now. It is mostly just us doing the daily, repetitive work of running a kitchen. We do not have a massive team of employees, just a few people who know what they are doing and work hard. The menu consists of stuff we have been making for a long time. We spend a lot of our day in the back area getting things ready before we open the doors to the public. It is not always glamorous work. There is a lot of cleaning and organizing that happens behind the scenes every single day. Saket is the kind of place where things are always moving, so we try our best to stay on top of everything. We are not trying to be the most famous or trendy place in Delhi, just a reliable one where you know what you are getting. Sometimes it is very quiet, and other times we can barely keep up with the orders coming in. We just take it as it comes. The space we have is functional and simple. We do not spend much on decorations because we would rather just focus on the cooking.
