Our office is over in Sector IV of Pushp Vihar, specifically at Flat No 60 D. It's right off the MB Road in New Delhi. If you’ve ever driven down that way, you know it’s a major artery for the city. Being in a residential sector like Pushp Vihar makes the workday feel a bit more grounded. We aren't in one of those cold, glass skyscrapers. Instead, we work out of a flat where things feel a bit more personal. There’s a lot of coming and going in this area. We handle various tasks related to the properties around the capital. The rooms are filled with folders and computers, and the kitchen area mostly just serves for making endless cups of tea. It’s a functional space. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew coming in every hour, so there might be a bit of dust on the shelves. That’s just life in Delhi. The address is 110017, so we are well-placed for anything happening in South Delhi. Most of the time, we are just heads down, working through the lists and keeping track of different sites. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't put on airs. We just open the door in the morning, do the work that’s waiting for us, and try to get home before the evening rush hour hits the MB Road too hard.
