We are based over at 481 Sec 7 in Pushp Vihar, New Delhi 110017. If you know the South Delhi area, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different sectors, but Sec 7 is actually pretty easy to navigate once you are there. Our office for Johnson Controls I Pvt Ltd is a very practical space. It is not one of those tall glass towers you see in Gurgaon or Noida. It is more of a local, grounded setup. We have our desks and our equipment all laid out so we can work without much fuss or distraction. The traffic in Delhi is always a big topic of conversation here, and it usually dictates when people arrive or leave for the day. Inside the office, it is mostly just the sound of typing and people talking on their headsets. We have been in this location long enough that the local delivery guys know us by name. We do not go in for fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. It is a workspace, plain and simple. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here, making sure the numbers and the projects all line up. There is a small pantry where we make our own tea, and that is usually where the best conversations happen anyway. We like being in Pushp Vihar because it feels like a real community. It is not overly corporate, which suits our style just fine. We just focus on the work at hand and keep things moving.
