Our office is located at F 420 in Sarita Vihar. It is a residential neighborhood in New Delhi, so it is a lot quieter than the main markets, which we appreciate when we need to focus. We have been in this spot for several years now. Most of our mornings start with a cup of tea and a look at the site schedules. The space is a bit tight because we have so many blueprints and project folders stacked up on the shelves. We are not really interested in having a flashy office with modern furniture. We just need a place that is functional and where we can manage the logistics of our work. Traffic in Delhi is always a bit of a struggle, so we spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating deliveries and site visits. Some of our team members live quite close by, which makes the daily commute much easier for them. We focus on the daily grind of making sure everything is moving along as it should. If a supplier is running behind, we are the ones who have to sort it out and make sure it does not cause too much of a delay. People in the block know us and sometimes stop by to say hello. We do not have any big marketing plans or a sales team. We just rely on doing our work steadily and letting people see the results for themselves.
