Working out of C-32, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I, is exactly what you’d expect from an industrial zone. Jhanji Exports Pvt. Ltd. has its setup here among all the other warehouses and factories. It’s a bit dusty outside because of the trucks moving around all the time. Our building is a solid, gray structure that does the job. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of workstations and some storage space for what we handle. It can get pretty loud during the peak hours of the day when everyone is busy. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly just calendars and some old photos. The staff usually brings lunch from home and we eat together in the small break area. It’s a straightforward environment. Jhanji Exports Pvt. Ltd. doesn't try to be anything it isn't. We deal with the logistics and the paperwork that comes with exporting stuff. Okhla is a tough place to navigate if you aren't used to it, especially in Phase-I where the turns look the same. But we know our way around. We’ve been at C-32 long enough that the local tea seller knows our names. It's just a practical, hardworking place. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep our heads down and make sure the shipments are moving. It’s what we do every day. We don't need a lot of praise, just a clean record and a steady workflow. That's our life here.
