Jc Chawla Real Estate is located at E 588 in Greater Kailash II. It’s a well-known part of town and we have been operating out of this spot for quite some time. We don't have a giant office with flashing lights. It’s more of a personal space where we meet with people who are looking to buy or sell property in the area. We spend a lot of our time out on the streets, looking at buildings and meeting with owners. When we are in the office, we are usually on the phone or going over floor plans and price lists. Greater Kailash II is a nice neighborhood, and we know almost every corner of it by now. We don't use any slick sales talk or try to push people into things. We just show them what’s available and tell them the pros and cons of each place. Real estate can be stressful for people, so we try to keep things calm and straightforward. Our desks are usually covered in notes and property descriptions. Sometimes we have a lot of people coming in at once, and it gets a bit crowded, but we like the hustle. We are just a local business trying to make the process of finding a home or an office a little easier for everyone. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’re still here doing the same work every day. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and for the people we help. We always have fresh water for anyone who stops by.
