Marlin Safe Med Journey

Marlin Safe Med Journey is tucked away in Jamia Nagar, specifically over in Abdul Fazle Enclave. Our office is at K- 110 A, which is easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood. It’s a busy part of Delhi, so there is always noise outside the window. We basically help people who are traveling for health reasons. It involves a lot of sitting at desks, making phone calls, and sorting out paperwork for hospitals and travel. It’s not very glamorous work, but it’s what we do every day from morning until late afternoon. The area around here is full of small shops and people walking around, so it feels very lived-in. We aren’t a huge corporation with fancy offices; it’s just a practical space where we can get things done. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we just handle it as it comes. We’ve been at this address for a bit, so the locals know us. We don't have a big mission statement or anything, we just try to make sure people get to where they need to go for their treatments. Most of the day is spent checking emails and talking to families about their plans. It’s a lot of coordination, really. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be finished before the day ends.
