Jain Estates Oncor International As Admin Head

Our office is located over in Lajpat Nagar II, specifically at 97 on the ground floor in Vinoba Puri. It is a pretty active part of New Delhi, and being on the ground floor means we see a lot of what’s happening on the street. We handle the administration side of the estate business from here. It is mostly a lot of paperwork, keeping files in order, and answering the phone when people call about properties. The office is a bit crowded with desks and filing cabinets, but it works for us. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby area. It’s just a practical space where we sit and get through the daily tasks. Lajpat Nagar is a good place to be based because there are always people around and everything you need is just a short walk away. Sometimes it gets a bit warm in the summer months, but we have our fans going and we just keep at it. We have been at this address in Vinoba Puri for quite a few years now. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure all the records for the estates are updated and correct. It’s not the most exciting work, but it is necessary for keeping everything running. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized in the middle of all the papers.
