Jai Paras Estates

Jai Paras Estates has been sitting at Shop No 13/1 on Aurobindo Marg for a good while now. Being in Yusuf Sarai right near AIIMS Hospital means there is always something going on outside our door. It is a very busy part of town with people constantly moving around and looking for a place to stay or set up a shop. Our office is not very big, just a regular space where we keep our files and meet people who are trying to figure out their housing situation. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the neighborhood showing different properties to folks. Some days are slow and we just sit here with the tea, and other days it feels like everyone in Delhi is looking for a new apartment at the exact same time. We try to keep track of what is available around Yusuf Sarai and the nearby areas because things change so fast. It is a lot of paperwork and checking documents, which can be a bit boring, but it has to be done correctly. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just know the local streets and who is renting or selling what. People stop by because we are easy to find near the hospital. It’s a practical business, really. We just help people find a spot that works for them and then we move on to the next one.
