Our office is at 501B Saket Rictangle, over in the District Center. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and we are up on the fifth floor in flat number four. Iris Realty Services is basically just a few of us who spend our time looking at floor plans and talking to landlords. We’ve been in the Saket area for a while now, so we know the buildings around here pretty well. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for long. One minute we are in the office filing papers, and the next we are out showing a property to someone. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of files. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and legal stuff, but we just take it one step at a time. We don’t use those big slogans you see on billboards. We just tell people what’s available and what the rent or price looks like. Sometimes a deal goes through, and sometimes it doesn't. That’s just how it is in this business. We like being in the District Center because everything is close by. If you’re looking for a place in this part of town, you’ve probably walked past our building a dozen times already. We’re just here doing our job every day, answering phones and meeting people who need a roof over their heads.
