You’ll find us at A 92 on the first floor in the Shivalik area of South Delhi. It’s a pretty central location, so we see a lot of different people coming through. We handle property matters here at Intrend Estates Private Limited. We don't have a glossy brochure or a rehearsed speech. We just talk to people about what they need and see if we can find it. Shivalik is a busy neighborhood, and the real estate market here moves fast. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at apartments and offices. It can be exhausting sometimes, especially when the weather is bad, but we stick to it. Our office is a simple setup with a few chairs and a lot of maps on the wall. We like to know exactly where every property is located. We don't make big claims about being the leaders in the industry. We just know our local area well and try to be useful. If someone asks for a price, we give them the real number, not some inflated guess. We deal with a lot of paperwork, which isn’t the fun part of the job, but it has to be done right. Being in the 110017 area means we are close to everything. We’ve been here long enough to know which buildings are good and which ones have issues. We just share that knowledge with whoever walks in. It keeps us busy.
