Our setup is located in New Delhi, right in the Nehru Market area of Patere Badarpur. The address is a bit of a mouthful since we are at Hno 89, c/o Rajeev Thomar and Anil Aggarwal. It’s a local spot where everyone kind of knows each other. International Business And Services Needs, or IBSN as we often call it, is basically here to help with whatever a business might need help with. We do a bit of everything. Sometimes it’s consulting, other times it’s helping with specific services that a small business owner just doesn't have time to do themselves. We aren't a massive corporation with a huge staff; we’re just a few people who know the ropes of doing business in Delhi. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the Badarpur area over the years, and we’ve tried to adapt as things go along. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work on whatever is on the desk for that day. It’s a busy life, and the market outside is always full of noise and energy, which we actually kind of like. It feels like we’re right in the middle of where everything happens. If you need something done and you’re tired of the run-around, we’re usually around to see what we can do to help out. We just try to keep things practical and useful for everyone.
