We are based in the Okhla area of New Delhi. Intelenet Global Services Pvt. Ltd has been operating here for a good while. Okhla is a busy industrial and business hub, so there is always a lot of movement and trucks outside our building. Our office is a practical space where we handle a lot of service-related tasks for different companies. It’s a bit more of a professional setup than a small home office, but it still has a very local, working-class feel. We have rows of desks and people on headsets or typing away at their stations. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is busy at once. We don't really do the whole "corporate culture" thing with retreats or fancy speeches. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished by the end of the shift. The commute to Okhla can be tough with the traffic, but we’re all used to it by now and just deal with it. We have a small pantry where we get our water and heat up our food during lunch. People here are hard-working and just want to do a good job for their families. We handle calls and data for various people and businesses. It’s a lot of routine work, but it keeps the lights on. We don’t try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a team in Okhla getting through the daily grind.
