Initiative Systems

We are based in East of Kailash, right at E 116. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with various systems and technical bits. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment stored everywhere. You have to watch your step so you don’t trip over a cable. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't spend much on decorations; we'd rather have the tools we need to do the job. People in the area know us, and we often see the same faces walking past every morning. The summer heat in Delhi can be tough, but we have the AC running so the machines don't overheat. We usually start the day with a quick check of what needs fixing and then just get to it. There isn't a lot of ceremony here. We don't have a dedicated receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually answers it. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers piled up and half-finished projects on the benches, but we know where everything is. It’s just a local business trying to keep things moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just work on the systems and make sure everything is ticking along like it’s supposed to for the people who rely on us.
