Infosys Chandigarh

Our office is called Infosys Chandigarh, even though we are actually located in New Delhi at C 58A Gangotri Enclave in Alaknanda. It sounds a bit confusing to some people, but that’s just how it’s set up. The 110019 area is a decent place to be based. It’s more of a residential-feeling pocket, so it doesn't feel like those cold, glass business parks you see everywhere else. We have a modest space here. It’s not huge, but it fits the crew we have. We handle various tasks that come through from the main office. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how each other likes to work. We aren't big on meetings that go on for hours. Usually, we just talk over the desks or in the break area. The Alaknanda neighborhood has some good spots for lunch, which is a plus. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. You just come in and find who you're looking for. It’s an honest way to run a workplace. We keep the files organized and make sure the deadlines are met. That's pretty much the daily routine here at Gangotri Enclave. It is just a bunch of us sitting at computers trying to get the day's tasks finished before the sun goes down. Nothing more, nothing less.
