Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals

Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals is situated in Sarita Vihar, right on the Delhi Mathura Road. Being on such a major road means there is always noise and movement outside. You can hear the trucks and buses going by all day long. It’s a landmark of sorts for people traveling along that route. The hospital is quite large, and there are many different sections to keep track of. We spend a lot of time walking between the different areas. The lobby is almost never empty. There are always people sitting and waiting or checking their phones. We try to keep the place running smoothly, but with so many people, it can get hectic. We have all the usual hospital things—stretchers, carts, and a lot of white coats moving around. The lighting is that bright office kind that stays on day and night. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what we have to do when we clock in. Some of the rooms have windows looking out toward the road, and you can see the traffic jam that usually happens in the evening. It’s a very functional place. We focus on the tasks at hand, whether it’s filing papers or cleaning up. It’s a busy hub in Sarita Vihar and we are just the people who work inside it, making sure things don't get too chaotic. It’s just how it is.
