Indo Tech Engineers

Indo Tech Engineers is based at C-166 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1. It’s a big, busy area and our building is just one of many in the row. We’ve been here long enough to remember when some of the newer places were just empty plots. The daily routine starts with getting the gate open and checking what needs to be done. There’s always a bit of dust because of all the construction and traffic around Okhla, so we spend some time cleaning off the surfaces every morning. Inside, it’s all about the engineering work. We have different sections for different tasks, but it’s all pretty much in one large open space. We don’t have air conditioning in the main work area, so we rely on the big fans to keep the air moving when it gets humid. It’s a noisy place once all the equipment starts up, but we’re used to it. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a glossy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, busy with a project. We take a break in the afternoon when the tea man comes around. It’s a community of workers here, and we all know the guys in the neighboring units. We just focus on getting the specs right and making sure the parts are ready on time. It’s decent, honest work in a busy part of the city.
