Our office is on the ground floor of K 2099 in Chittranjan Park, New Delhi. Most people call it CR Park. It’s a famous neighborhood, mostly known for its Bengali food and markets, but we’re tucked away on a quieter street. We do infrastructure publishing work here. It involves a lot of coordination with experts and engineers. The ground floor location is handy because we have a lot of heavy boxes of journals coming in and out. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and you’ll see us at our computers. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with the bookshelves and the files, but we make it work. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. New Delhi is a fast city, but in CR Park, things feel a little slower and more local. We get our lunch from the nearby shops and sometimes we take a walk when the weather is nice. We handle all the stages of the publishing process right here. It’s a lot of work for a small team, but we've been doing it a long time. We aren't trying to be a huge media conglomerate. We just want to get the journals out on time and make sure the info is right.
