We spend most of our time at Hn 1804 in Prasdi Gali. It’s a busy spot in Kotla Mubarakpur here in New Delhi. Most people know us for the work we do on behalf of American Express Bank. It’s a lot of paperwork and handling bank-related things every day. We’ve been at this address for a while now. If someone needs to get a hold of us, they usually just email Iqubal Ansari at his rediffmail account. It's a small setup really. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything. The lanes around here are narrow and always crowded with people moving about. You can hear the noise from the street while we work. We try to get through the files as quickly as we can. We just focus on the banking tasks that come our way. We don't really do much else besides that. It's a straightforward job. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. Being in such a local spot like Prasdi Gali makes us feel connected to the neighborhood. We see the same neighbors every morning. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular house number. We handle what the bank needs from this corner of the city.
