We are based at B-60, on the Third Floor of Freedom Fighter Enclave in Neb Sarai. It’s a bit of a climb since we are up on the third floor, but the view of the neighborhood isn't too bad. Kh No. 69 is where the building sits. Imsheen Foods India Private Limited is a small setup. We don't have those big open-plan offices you see in movies. It’s mostly just a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and files. Neb Sarai is a busy area, lots of narrow lanes and people moving around all the time. Getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a headache because of the narrow streets, but we’ve figured out the best times to do it. We aren't corporate people. We are just regular folks who started this business to see where it would go. Most days, someone brings in snacks and we sit around for a few minutes before getting back to work. It’s a quiet kind of busy. We don't have any slogans or fancy branding. We just focus on the paperwork and the food products we handle. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. We just take things one day at a time here. It is just the way we like to work.
