Our office is down in the basement at 4/64 in Malviya Nagar. It’s right across from B-Block Shivalik. It can get a bit dim down here since there aren't many windows to let the sun in, but we have plenty of lamps on our desks. We spend most of our time on phones or typing away at laptops. Public relations is mostly about talking to people and trying to get stories out to the papers. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all complain, but we get the work done anyway. It's a small team of us working here. The basement stays cool in the summer which is a nice break from the heat outside. We have files stacked up and some old posters on the walls that have been there for years. Malviya Nagar is a busy place so finding parking can be a real headache for us in the morning. We drink a lot of tea while we write press releases and call up journalists. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or expensive furniture. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of noise when everyone is on a call at the same time. We’ve been at this spot for a bit. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the stairs leading down. We try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure small details don’t get missed in the rush. We just do the work and then head home for the day.
