We are located in Pocket K, specifically Flat 35B in Sheikh Sarai-II. It’s a quiet residential pocket of New Delhi. We’re tucked away in one of the flats on the upper floors. It can be a bit of a maze to find us if you’ve never been to this block before. We deal with people and jobs, but our own office is very low-key. We don't have any big signs or banners on the building. We really like the peace and quiet of Sheikh Sarai. It’s very different from the rush of places like South Extension. We have a few rooms set up for interviews and meetings. It feels more like sitting in someone’s living room than a formal business meeting. We think it helps people feel a bit more relaxed. We’ve got a small balcony with a few plants that we try to keep alive. Sometimes we end up working from the kitchen table if the main room gets too full of people. It’s a bit messy sometimes with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a dress code or anything. Just come as you are. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us. It’s a good spot for us and we just get on with our daily work without making a fuss.
