We are located at F 39 on the Upper Ground Floor, specifically in the back side flat of Khasra Number 170. This is in Khanpur Extension, right on School Road in New Delhi, 110062. It’s a bit tricky to find if you aren’t looking closely at the signs. Ikya Human Capital Solutions is basically a small office where we spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people about jobs. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and trying to match people with the right roles. The office can get pretty crowded when we have people coming in for interviews. We have some basic chairs and a couple of tables for folks to sit at while they fill out their forms. The street outside is usually full of school kids and local traffic, so it’s never really quiet here. We don't have any big flashy signs or a fancy reception area. It’s just us doing our best to help people find a way to earn a living. The paperwork can pile up fast, so we try to keep it organized, though it doesn’t always look that way. We aren't a big corporate machine; we are just a team working out of a flat in Khanpur. Most of our day is spent calling people back and checking schedules. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just take things as they come.
