Icici Prudential

Our office is located at 61 Block 16 in South Niketan, New Delhi. The pin code is 110062. It’s a typical Delhi spot, surrounded by other buildings and the usual city noise. Inside this Icici Prudential branch, it is mostly just a lot of desks and computers. We spend most of our time looking at screens or talking to people about their life insurance. Delhi summers can be pretty rough, so the AC is usually running all day long. It isn’t the most modern office you’ve ever seen, but it’s where we do our work. We get people coming in from all over this part of the city. Some are in a hurry, others want to sit down and talk for an hour. We try to keep things simple and honest. The filing system is a bit of a project, but we know where everything is. There’s no big corporate vibe here; it feels more like a local shop where we happen to handle insurance. We have a small corner for water and tea. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud you can hear it through the windows, but you get used to it. We keep our heads down and focus on the paperwork. It’s a lot of verifying IDs and checking numbers. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just want to make sure the claims get processed and the policies are right.
