We’re located at A 27 in Lajpat Nagar I, right here in New Delhi 110024. Our sign says Icici Home Finance Company Limited. Being in Lajpat Nagar means it’s always lively outside, which we don’t mind. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all the home finance tasks that come our way. We’re not a huge operation with hundreds of people; it’s just a dedicated group of us working out of this building. We spend our time checking numbers and helping people figure out their home loans. It involves a lot of reading through fine print and making sure all the boxes are ticked. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Sometimes we lose our favorite pens or the tea goes cold while we’re talking to someone, but that’s just life in a busy office. We like being in this part of Delhi because it’s easy for folks to get to us. We’ve been here for a while and we know the routine. People stop by, we chat about their plans for a house, and we see how the finance side fits in. It’s a lot of practical, everyday work. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just do the job day in and day out.
