Icici Bank

Our Icici Bank branch is located at C 8 35 in the Jungpura Extension area. Even though the address says Haryana 110014, we are right there in the New Delhi mix. Jungpura is a place where people really know their neighbors, and it feels that way in the bank too. We aren't a huge operation, just a local branch where people come to sort out their money matters. Dealing with banking in a busy place like Delhi can be a bit of a headache sometimes, so we try to keep things as simple as we can. We have all the basic stuff you'd expect, like tellers and desks for account help. It’s a modest space, not some shiny corporate tower. We spend our days looking at screens and talking to the people who walk in from the street. Some days are quieter than others, but there's always something to do. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The neighborhood has a specific feel to it, and we are just a small part of that. We don't have a lot of scripted talk; we just answer questions and process what needs processing. It’s a real place with real people working behind the counters. Sometimes the printer acts up or we run out of forms, but we manage. It’s just a standard bank office for the folks living around Jungpura. We just want to get the work done and keep the accounts in order for everyone who stops by.
