Our place is located at Rz 3018 in Tughlakabad Extn. This part of New Delhi 110019 has its own rough charm. It’s a very busy area with a lot of narrow streets and small shops. We work out of a building that has seen better days, but it serves our purpose just fine. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper files. We don’t have a big lobby or fancy furniture. People from the extension come in all day to deposit cash or ask about their accounts. It can get quite loud with the construction noise and the traffic outside. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The air conditioner works when it feels like it, so we often have the door open to get some air. Our staff is local and we don't use any corporate jargon. If something is broken, we tell you it’s broken. We try to help everyone who comes in, whether they have a lot of money or just a little. The walls have some marks from where furniture was moved around, and the clock is always a bit slow. It’s an honest, no-frills environment. We are just here to help the people of Tughlakabad Extn manage their finances in a way that makes sense for their lives. No fluff, just regular banking work.
