Icici Bank

Our Icici Bank is over in C R Park at K 1 41. We are on the second floor of the building in this part of New Delhi, zip code 110019. C R Park is a very specific kind of neighborhood, and we feel like a part of the local scene here. The office is not very big, just a simple space on the second floor. You have to walk up the stairs since it's an older style of building and the layout is a bit traditional. We don't have any of those fancy modern features you might find in a bigger corporate office downtown. It’s just us and our desks and the customers who have been coming to us for a long time. The atmosphere is usually quite busy, especially during the middle of the month when bills are due. We see a lot of local residents who stop by to talk about their accounts or sort out some paperwork. It gets quite lively in the afternoons. We try to keep the workflow steady, though sometimes the lines can get a bit long when everyone arrives at once. The neighborhood of C R Park is full of history and character, and our little branch is just a small part of that. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to look polished. We just do the banking work that people expect from us every day.
