Our office is up on the first floor at D 25 here in New Delhi. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but it’s a decent space once you get inside. Being in the 110025 area means there is always traffic and noise outside, but it stays relatively quiet in here. We spend our days dealing with various account issues and processing forms for the people who live nearby. Some days are much slower than others. We have a small team working behind the glass. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and a few chairs for people waiting. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we work through it one bit at a time. It’s just a standard branch where the locals come to handle their money things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a place where you can come to fix a problem with your card or put some money away. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps with reading all those tiny lines on the documents. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the stairs. Most people know where we are by now. We just keep things moving as best as we can every day. We also get some people coming in from the Haryana side since we are right there on the edge.
