Our spot is at B 120 in Pragati Vihar, right on Lodhi Road in New Delhi. It’s a very central location, 110003, which makes it easy for us to get around the city. The building is part of an older development, so it has that solid, heavy feel to it. We have a few rooms where we keep all our things. It isn't a modern glass-and-steel office, but it has character. We have high ceilings and those old-style windows. Most days are pretty routine. We come in, check the mail, and get started on whatever is on the list. Lodhi Road is a beautiful area with all the trees, so we usually take a walk during the lunch hour. Our office is a bit cluttered with papers and books, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist; if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to answer it. We like keeping things informal. There’s no corporate hierarchy here. We all just pitch in with the tasks. Sometimes the Delhi heat gets tough, but we have some old coolers that do the job. We’ve been at this address for several years now. It’s a good place to work because it’s close to everything but doesn't feel as frantic as some other parts of the city. We just do our work and go home. There is a small crack in the floor tile by the entrance that we always forget to fix. It is homey enough and we like it here.
